Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hue mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Hue uses artificial intelligence to estimate your personal color season from a selfie and to provide a styling palette and suggestions. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Not professional advice
Hue provides aesthetic and styling guidance for entertainment and informational purposes only. Results are estimates and may not be accurate for everyone. The App does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the app store.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by uploading content you do not have the right to use, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or using it in violation of any law. You should only submit photos of yourself or of people who have consented.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding photos you submit) are owned by Hue and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to the photos you submit; you grant us a limited right to process them solely to provide the analysis.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence applies.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Hue mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Şartları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmet
Hue, bir selfie'den kişisel renk sezonunuzu tahmin etmek ve size bir stil paleti ile öneriler sunmak için yapay zeka kullanır. Uygulama kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için sunulur.
2. Profesyonel tavsiye değildir
Hue, yalnızca eğlence ve bilgilendirme amacıyla estetik ve stil rehberliği sağlar. Sonuçlar tahmindir ve herkes için doğru olmayabilir. Uygulama tıbbi, dermatolojik veya profesyonel tavsiye vermez ve bu şekilde güvenilmemelidir.
3. Uygunluk
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizde gereken asgari yaşta) olmalısınız.
4. Abonelikler ve ücretlendirme
- Bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik gerektirir. Fiyatlandırma, satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir.
- Abonelikler uygulama mağazası hesabınız üzerinden ücretlendirilir ve mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Aboneliğinizi uygulama mağazası hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, abonelik satın aldığınızda kullanılmayan kısım, geçerli olduğu yerlerde geçersiz olur.
- Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlar dışında ödemeler iade edilmez; iade talepleri uygulama mağazası tarafından işlenir.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Kullanma hakkınız olmayan içerikleri yüklemek, hizmeti bozmaya veya tersine mühendislik yapmaya çalışmak ya da yasalara aykırı kullanmak dahil olmak üzere Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz. Yalnızca kendinize ait veya rızası olan kişilerin fotoğraflarını göndermelisiniz.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği (gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar hariç) Hue'ya aittir ve ilgili yasalarla korunur. Gönderdiğiniz fotoğrafların hakları sizde kalır; bize yalnızca analizi sağlamak amacıyla bunları işleme yönünde sınırlı bir hak verirsiniz.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, doğruluk, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya kesintisiz erişilebilirlik dahil olmak üzere açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Hue, Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarı aşmaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Uygulamayı veya bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Geçerli hukuk
Bu Şartlar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki emredici yerel hukuk uygulanmadıkça, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
